We will continue to approach the point of view of Moshe Feldenkrais, which invites us to understand how the person is building a vision of himself called "self-image". This results from the own experience that is generated between the person and their environment, but some individuals consider that it is something that has been granted to them by nature, such as the physical aspect, the voice, the way of thinking, etc. And it is believed that the above comes from birth, when in fact every important element of his relationship with others and with society is the result of extensive interaction in this group (person - social environment). If we look at the time we invest in the process of learning to walk, speak, recognize the volume of objects in our internal conception, read, etc., we will realize that this was generated through experiences where a series of actions were established through of "trial and error", which generates a series of strategies and internal links in our body, which built sensorimotor networks, (connections that occur in our brain to produce movement and sensations), establishing the action that resulted more efficient to be able to solve that need that generated the initial stimulus that led us to live this experience. Moshe considered that each of these processes depended on luck, the place and the time in which the action was born.

But what happens in our process of acquiring a second language, be it a language (Spanish, English, French, etc.), learning to read and write in Braille, or the language through the use of hands that people who cannot hear and therefore apparently have not developed a spoken language. Referring to the subject of language, how many times have we heard that the tone as a language is pronounced varies from person to person and from region to region ?, what has been defined as "accent". Depending on the stage of life in which a new language is learned, you may or may not pronounce that second language in a tone similar to your mother tongue (first language). At first, the way of structuring the sentences of the second language will be very similar to the structure of the first language, this happens because the way of establishing the process of the information of the first language will interfere in the action guidelines of the second language. Earlier I described an experiment that neurosciences did with a group of newborn cats where one group was restricted in movement, and they learned to move in one way, after a month of living with this limitation they let them move in a free way , and it was observed that the kittens could not move with the freedom that they had previously developed, the cats presented clumsiness and frequent falls, due to the fact that their spatial relationship changed. We live this type of experience in the formation of new habits. For some they will be situations that change as they build their experience, in other cases people link the fact of clumsiness or difficulty, because they were not born with the "gift" of learning, and they are placed in an attitude of incapacity. Another group of people associate this difficulty with their inheritance, generating the expression "it comes from family". These groups of people tend to stop the learning process by assuming a low-capacity attitude, when in fact it is not. What attitude do you take when learning a new habit?
