What does the person live when an Organic Trauma has been generated?

I will start by proposing two groups, the first when the organic trauma generated by a difficulty occurs where the life of the individual is at imminent risk on the physiological plane due to experiencing an accident, a serious illness problem, and the second where the person lived a difficult situation, and that at the time apparently this situation did not put the person's life at risk, but in his experiential appreciation he did experience it with that intensity. We find in this second group people who have experienced a series of symptoms that generate a decrease in the quality of life and who when assisting with health professionals (doctors, alternative medicine, psychologists, etc.), consider them strange, about all when carrying out studies in the office and laboratory that have a result in functional or normal ranges; for which there is no pathological support (outside the norm or organic physiology) that justifies these symptoms, but that the person who experiences it does affect them in the activities of their daily life, reducing their ability to act, it may be that what this person is facing is a series of mechanisms that are being generated at the base of an organic trauma, where the difficulty is at the origin of how the information is being encoded but is not supported by the physiology of their body.

Let's see how we respond to an imminent emergency situation such as what we experienced on September 19, when the earthquake begins in Mexico City and the affected states such as Morelos, Puebla, etc., the human being has a response like any other animal that is Built on the basis of information and the experience of the ancestors, which we have called the instinct of conservation or keeping us alive, this mechanism begins the moment we detect a change in our environment. The modification began with the earthquake, the nervous system of the person detects this change and will generate a series of responses both at the biochemical level of the body and mechanics, as well as the entire sensory system begins to activate, the respiratory system modifies its action activating more the respiratory rate, which will increase the supply of oxygen to the organism, the liver begins to release sugar into the blood and the pancreas begins to produce insulin to facilitate that sugar can be used by the cells; the adrenal glands begin to produce a substance (cortisol), which also causes adrenaline to be secreted, which stimulates the heart rate to increase, so the pumping capacity of the blood increases, some arteries found in the stomach decrease its thickness allowing the increase in blood flow to be greater in the extremities thus allowing your musculoskeletal system to be ready to do an action, be it running or fleeing, fighting or even staying immobile with great tension, your emotional system also builds a series of tension responses where it can produce different degrees of fear up to terror, thoughts begin to accelerate, everything happens at the same time and the purpose of these mechanisms is to keep us alive to what medicine has called eutres, which is the part of physiological stress that all human beings live, this mechanism ends when there is no longer the stimulus that generated all this response; The above produced a great work that led to the use of the energy reserves stored in the body. Then the recovery process begins in which the physiological function of all the systems involved is restored.

There is a non-functional response of this mechanism that is called distress, in this process the person is constantly activating the organic alarm, without allowing recovery periods to be generated, thus initiating significant organic wear, which in turn triggers a series of responses in the person that alter their function and quality of life. This is where organic trauma is endured. How does a person construct these states of stress? Using the example of the earthquake that we have just experienced, the people who lived the experience of being on the 11th floor of a 20-story building, at the time of the earthquake. I will propose several scenarios on how a person may or may not have an organic trauma, I will use Moshe Feldenkrais's idea about seeing the person as a functional unit, in what way dynamic action is built in this type of experiences.

First example: The physical space was not known or daily for that person, the people with whom he was inside the space were not familiar, nor did he maintain a working relationship, and the building begins to shake and move in a severe way, they are it gives the indication to look for a safe space within the area where it is, it cannot go out due to its location in relation to the building, and it observes through the glass that another building begins to fall, the organic alert is activated from the first movement that was perceived and increased as these situations were associated where the built environment began to change, the stimulus of the earthquake ended, and that person was able to get off the building, without any problem, he did not hit or hurt himself from any physical part, As he started to walk and go home to meet his loved ones and observe everything in his path, he began to have a series of ideas that although he did not he was in imminent risk at that time he lived it as a risk and thus he reawakened the organic emergency alert, he arrived at his house and as the days went by he realized that he could not sleep, that he constantly felt trapped, he began with fatigue, gastrointestinal manifestations, he did not feel confident of being in any safe place, he was constantly dizzy, he felt that the floor was moving, he had a headache, all the noises bothered him, he had cold sweats, his heart rate was accelerated. That person is presenting an organic trauma.

Second example: The individual is at home, surrounded by his family when the earthquake begins, although it is his house he really does not know where to place himself to be at the least risk, but his relatives tell him to all stand near a column hugging to this surface all holding hands, suddenly they see that the building in front of them begins to move and some glass and things inside their house begin to fall, the organic alert is activated from the beginning of the shaking and when it ends , everyone goes down the stairs and leaves the building, being already on the street they begin to see the problems that were generated by the earthquake, they begin to try to locate their loved ones who are not with him, they are afraid of experiencing another earthquake As the day goes by and he learns about everything that happened, he begins to experience a feeling of fear, but by talking about the experience with his family, he gradually regains his confidence and adapts to his everyday life. Diana. Without presenting any symptoms as well as organic discomforts. This person had a difficult experience, which was resolved in a functional way for him.
