Moshe Feldenkrais considered that one of the shortcomings of education was to base on ancient static practices, where he thinks that they are primitive from the point of view that their egalitarian purpose was not consciously or clearly pursued. For him, this defect generated an advantage, since not having a defined purpose, except to mold individuals so that they are not maladjusted in society, the person's ability to self-educate will not always disappear completely. From the above, the author states that self-education is not a totally autonomous element, therefore, it will be impacted by the processes that the social environment generates, and in that adaptation that the individual develops, structural and functional conflicts may occur in themselves. same. Thus, in the individual's learning process, education, the biological factor based on inheritance and self-education, determine the behavior of man. Feldenkrais considered that the learning process is irregular, that is, it consists of steps of different graduations and is not without its ups and downs (where the rhythm of its execution changes), even if it is something as simple as memorizing a few lines, where the person learns these lines in an easy way and the next day he can no longer remember anything and a few days later he can remember the lines again. Due to the above, he explains that if we understand this situation when people perceive that they “regressed” in some point of learning, it is not convenient to be discouraged, since as the learning continues, the spaces covered may become less known, and it is there Where you can establish new relationships that had not previously occurred, thus facilitating change taking the path to the new state. Another important point that he exposes is that we understand that as the changes take place, the person may discover new difficulties, which he did not recognize in advance, which would modify his perception of his ability to solve problems, through the experience that He is living in the resolution of these difficulties, his self-confidence is strengthened and he will be able to recognize other new difficulties. The method that he developed is a proposal on how the person can learn and know the dynamic capacity of the individual, and the relationship that he establishes with the environment where both are in continuous change, thus indicating that others of the points considered erroneous in some educational processes, is to create static parameters within learning, due to the dynamism previously mentioned. From the above I observe that in our culture it is common for people to establish a static idea as a mechanism that generates security with a phrase that is widely used when a change occurs and it is “nothing happens”, although if the modification is real, where they generate other relationships that if we allow ourselves to understand and observe will give us another relationship to change, and not that fixation on a static point of security. If we understand change as part of life where certain adaptations are generated from which we can continue learning and knowing, we discover the potential that we have and can exploit. 1.- "Self-awareness through Movement", Author Moshe Feldenkrais.
