Workshops

For 5 days you will learn to explore, through experiential theoretical classes, the potential and capacity that each one of us has to face different situations and stages of life. The capacity of each workshop is 10 to 16 people.

Stress Management as part of a better Quality of Life.

The contemporary way of life usually involves us in situations that lead us to generate actions with a high overvoltage content. This, affects the decrease of our organic quality and favors the appearance of discomfort, insomnia, anxiety, depression, gastric diseases, injuries of the musculoskeletal system, alterations of the nervous system, etc., limiting our ability to act. This is called: stress. In this workshop we will use movement as part of human action to develop the learning of consciousness. That is to say, we are going to realize how we organize ourselves within our action, observing the relationship that our organism generates with our environment (social, labor, natural, etc.) and the impact this causes on our quality of life.

How do we relate to changes in the different stages of life?

In this workshop we work from the sphere of physiological changes in some stages of life, the relationship with variations in our nutrition, as well as the attitudes that we are developing within these modifications. But what is a change? It is the action and effect of modifying. We can also consider it as: the act of leaving one thing or situation to take another. It is a process by which a certain state of things or people is succeeded to another state. Finally, we can observe it as: the different stages of transition in life. These days we will explore this topic in a theoretical and experiential way with the purpose of knowing how and from where we live the changes of the organic bases in our attitude towards this situation, as well as the options that we can use within this process.

Understand how resistance builds a contradiction in our actions.

We are used to hearing that the human being resists change due to the expectations that are generated - whether positive or negative - always creates a tension in the face of change, whether at work, personal life, social environment, relationships of habits, etc. The objective of this workshop is for each participant to discover or recognize, how this type of actions are produced in their daily lives, the wear it generates in their bodies and how they can reduce their quality of life, favoring organic difficulties. In this workshop we will generate functional options to improve on this issue or find alternatives that reduce the wear and tear that occurs in the contradiction.

The impact of habit in decision making

Sometimes we ask ourselves the question: how did we decide to do that action in that way and not another? or how come we did not see that other option that was better than the one we took? or how is it that we always fall into making the same answers? According to Williams James, one of the first things we observe from an external point of view in a person's attitude is that it is made up of habits, which are acquired through life as part of learning. The objective of this workshop is to understand how a habit is formed, the neurophysiological bases that exist in this process, the options that can be generated to build new habits and how a habits competition is constructed. In this space we will understand habits as a fundamental basis in our nutrition, in the process to improve our quality of life understanding how and from where we build our attitudes based on this idea.
