Taking into account the definitions that I mentioned above, it is based on the perception that the person lives in relation to the way in which she develops in different media (social, cultural, labor, natural, family, etc.). It is interesting to understand what we mean by the word perception, and we observe that in its definition, this word is derived from perceptive Latin "describing action as the consequence of having the ability to receive external images, impressions or sensations through the senses. knowing something "(1), another definition is" the way a person understands something ". If we remember what Peccei proposes (1976) in relation to the six points necessary to improve the quality of human life on the planet, he makes reference to a series of points as I described earlier. For Moshe Feldenkrais (1949) in his work the potent self (published until 1985) he exposes how people form a functional unit (where thoughts, sensations, emotions and movement in relation to an environment and the relationship with the force of gravity, ) that allows him to build his way of acting through this process of experience which forms the basis of experiential organic learning, that is how the system of perceptions he constructs from this plane allows him to interact in different media. Feldenkrais points out that "the problems as the solutions to these reside in the field of learning". If we observe the way in which the development of a person is developing, and we understand that during this process a series of relations is generated at different levels, that is, the nervous system of the individual forms a series of interconnections at the neuronal level that in turn allows you to link with each of the other systems that are part of this person (skeletal muscle system, digestive system, emotional system, etc.) which allows you to interact with the environment; In the way that this interaction takes place, a database is formed, forming part of his personal and life history, building his learning processes simultaneously, thus forming habits. Both the environment and the person is constantly changing, which makes us understand that relationships and appreciations are changing, from the foregoing we can also propose that the perceptions system is dynamic and can undergo modifications, only so that previous is given, it depends how much this dynamic idea has been developed within the learning process that the person has.

All the above impacts on how a person can get to build their assessment in relation to quality of life. Another interesting point to discuss is the dynamic relationship with the environment, which induces a process of adaptation that is generated simultaneously to the changes that are taking place in it, which can again modify the individual's perceptual system. Moshe exposes the importance of the process of knowledge that the person can live of himself through the observation that he makes when he is acting, this is generated within a learning process, to develop this capacity that the human being has to learn to learn, using the potential that each individual possesses. Based on the dynamic aspect, we propose that in this conceptualization of the term quality of life, we develop it in the principle of the possibility of moving, for which it is subject to modifications based on the changes that the person lives in the perceptual and experiential plane , understanding that within these parameters is implicit the possibility of the perception errors that it experiences. Thus we find that the points that each individual develops based on their quality of life will depend on the moment in which he finds himself, directing himself in those relations with his environment that are interesting, attractive or known, which can be perceived as a facility to execute them, as well as the non-interaction in other relationships that exist but that he does not know or does not understand how to bond with them. Within the process of learning to learn, the individual can begin to explore these unrecognized or unknown areas through the process of trying to do new or different actions to those that he or she commonly uses, thus allowing himself to acquire new experiences in the sensorimotor plane and experiential, which may generate new information in their experience, which influences their perception of their quality of life, through knowledge of their ability to modify their relationship point even in unknown spaces based on their ability to learn to learn, without age being a limitation for the execution of this, as well as organic difficulties that live.

Therefore, within this dynamism in which we live, the measurement of quality of life becomes a sensor; At the same time it is interesting as a frame of reference where the person can orient himself if in the direction he is living is where he wants to continue, or needs to modify his relationship parameters that allow him to explore other directions so that he can continue to understand based on the references that are experimenting how and where to continue. 1.- definition of perception of.
