Classes

It is the most direct form of learning between the Somatic Education teacher and the theoretical-experiential student about the topics of interest or difficulties that are the reason for the class. There are two individual class options; lessons of movement, where the person will learn to understand how is their way of organizing, what are the options that can be developed by improving the difficulty, and the possibilities of relating to the topics of interest. In the other type of individual class, the Somatic Education teacher, through direct contact with the student, will find ways in how he acts, generating options by exploring different relationships or directions where he can also move, creating a process of organic learning that stimulates self-regulation in all people.

Groups

The teacher of Somatic Education teaches a group of people to learn to understand the way in which we develop and act, using different topics of interest for the group, generating a theoretical-experiential experience, where each student takes the elements that are interesting or useful for their own learning process.

Business Groups

In this area the teacher of Somatic Education will generate the theoretical-experiential spaces, where the group of people of the company will be integrated to understand the group work as that non-divisible functional unit, understanding the processes of the work relationship and the different ways how to solve the difficulties, and generate or create creative and innovative processes in their work performance, improving with this the productivity and development of the company.
